The Autism Adventure app is a social skills training application designed to help children with autism improve their interactions with others. With the exponential growth of children diagnosed with autism, it is more important than ever to provide resources to help them develop and thrive. This app aims to do just that by using interactive games and simulations to teach children with autism how to navigate various social situations.
The app will feature a variety of interactive games and simulations that focus on different social skills, such as making friends, communicating effectively, and understanding emotions. These games and simulations will be designed to be engaging and fun for children, while also providing valuable lessons and insights.
Games and simulations In addition to the interactive games and simulations, the app will also include a tracking system that allows parents and caregivers to monitor their child's progress. This will include metrics such as the number of games completed, the child's scores on each game, and any observations made by the child's therapist or teacher.
One of the most outstanding features of our app, Autism Adventure, is its ability to converse with children and request their responses. Our app asks questions and listens attentively, waiting for the child's response. This feature is designed to engage children with autism and maximum their interaction with the app. The algorithm on which this feature is based has been developed by professional Speech therapists and psychologists experts in the field, ensuring that the experience is educational and enjoyable for children.
The child's response can be either "YES" or "NO" or "1" or "2," and this simple format has been shown to capture the child's concentration for longer than other regular methods.
Interactive Some of the children in our beta phase were even able to associate the app's games with other games and therapeutic material and were able to learn new games and dances, as well as songs, as they learned them in the app.
By providing children with autism with a fun and interactive way to learn important social skills, the Autism Adventure app has the potential to make a significant impact on their development. With the help of funding, we hope to bring this app to as many children and families as possible, with plans to launch the app in multiple languages for example English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
